YouthWorks is dedicated to the development of young people.

An offshoot of Youth Guidance (an organisation that has worked with young people for over two decades) we now begin a new chapter of our own. YouthWorks continues to shape young lives across all strata of society by providing them guidance to live purposely and opportunities to contribute well to our society, developing them into our leaders of tomorrow.

YouthWorks is serious about young people.

We invest in youth, seeing every life as precious, every youth in the making. We seek to enable every youngster we come into contact with to be the best he or she can be. We make it our job to ensure our teens are given opportunities to explore and develop their talents, encouraged and guided to reach their aspirations, building upon the solid foundation of character and a high sense of integrity and social responsibility.

YouthWorks works alongside the schools and institutions to provide unique programmes to foster learning. Every YouthWorks programme seeks to achieve some or all of these traits:

self-awareness, development of talent, character building, execellence in attitude, innovativeness, entrepreneurship, creativity and teamwork.
