Programmes

YouthWorks' programmes consist of one-time talks to large groups of students through our Speakers’ Circuit and Action-Based Learning workshops to small groups of students over several weeks.

Essential in every YouthWorks' programme are Mentors, who are each attached to a small group of students, to facilitate their learning experience, enabling them to enjoy, reflect on and maximize their learning journey. We believe that an “unreflected experience is a lost experience”, therefore through meaningful debrief and evaluation, we walk through with each young person as he or she learns.

  • We believe that positive values are crucial foundations in each young life.

  • We believe that our Mentors can be positive role models, making a life-changing impact on young people.

  • We believe that every young person can be inspired to fulfill his or her real potential in life.
