OBJECTIVES

1. Impart sound financial management skills based on prudence, resilience and pro-activeness.

2. Equip students with essential life skills to develop into financially responsible adults.

3. Help students learn about sound financial management and develop good money habits.

4. Develop the students' skills in spending and saving money sensibly by learning functions like starting
a savings account and using basic financial tools like budgeting.

5. Develop students' creative thinking process via the use of real-life financial situations.

6. Equip students with social emotional skills of self-awareness, social awareness, self-management,
relationship management and responsible decision-making in personal wealth management.


PARTICIPANTS WILL ALSO:

A. Discover how they should save first before spending.

B. Be challenged to delay instant gratification by not buying on impulse.

C. Be empowered to exercise responsibly by being good stewards of their own money.

D. Learn the need for self-control, and start good spending and saving habits from young.
